Yes, there are Beans. Chili without Beans is ground Beef soup.

2lbs ground “beef” (it came in a tube..)

1lb Bambi or equivalent. (Does not come in a tube..)

1lb Choriso (kinda comes in a tube?)

That’s the “starter”. Peppers, Onions, and other fun stuff? That’s on you!

Give me some recipes!

Here’s mine: 2 large cans diced tomatoes, 1 small can tomato paste, 1 large can kidney beans, 1 large can pinto beans, 1 diced green pepper, 1 chopped yellow onion, 2 diced jalapeno peppers, lots of sliced mushrooms, a few crushed garlic cloves, 2lbs ground beef, spices to suit (mostly chili powder, salt and pepper, some cumin and turmeric, probably a few I’m forgetting)

The “spices” for me is really just 2 boxes of Carroll Shelby chili mix.
